Position Overview:

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact as a Marketing Coordinator? In this role, you’ll play a critical part in executing our marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and producing high-quality content to enhance our brand visibility. We’re looking for someone with exceptional writing, organizational, and creative skills who thrives on managing projects independently and maintaining attention to detail.

 

Key Responsibilities

    •         Social Media Management: Create engaging social media posts, including capturing photos and media, to maximize audience engagement and grow our online presence.

    •         Marketing List Management:

          •   Download, cleanse, and prepare marketing lists in Excel to maintain data integrity.

          •   Upload and manage data in our CRM system, ensuring campaigns are executed with maximum efficiency.

          •   Maintain a deep understanding of CRM functionality and manage data quality.

    •         Content Creation:

          •   Develop marketing collateral, including case studies, sell sheets, and proposals, by writing and proofreading content.

          •   Design professional graphics and visuals using tools like Canva to support campaigns.

    •         Campaign Analytics: Track and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

    •         Project Coordination: Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with precision and quality.

 

Qualifications and Skills

    •         Technical Expertise:

          •   Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and quality control.

          •   Experience using CRM systems to manage and maintain marketing data.

    •         Creative and Professional Writing: Strong business writing skills with the ability to proofread your work and others.

    •         Design Skills: Experience using tools like Canva to create professional graphics and collateral.

    •         Self-Starter Mindset: A proactive attitude with the ability to learn and solve problems independently while managing time effectively.

    •         Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work.

    •         Organizational Excellence: Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
