PHARMACY SHIPPING ASSOCIATE WANTED

Pack, ship, and ensure quality service with every order

✨ Position Summary

The Pharmacy Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately packing and shipping prescriptions according to client specifications. This role also involves maintaining order and following procedures to uphold quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Pack and ship prescription orders efficiently and accurately

❄️ Stock freezers with gel packs to keep shipments cool

✅ Follow HIPAA, privacy laws, and other regulations

Conduct Quality Assurance checks on pharmacy equipment and shipping protocols

Keep the workspace clean and stocked with shipping materials

Support and uphold company policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: At least 1 year in logistics

Language: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English

⭐️ Preferred Qualifications

Pharmacy Experience: 1+ years in a pharmacy setting with exposure to order fulfillment

Skills & Abilities

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and handle 50 lbs as needed

Comfortable working while standing and performing repetitive tasks

Strong communication, patience, and courtesy in interactions

Adaptable to changing and high-stress situations

Attention to detail and ability to work independently
