Inside Sales Representative

We are a leading provider of pumps, lift stations, and related equipment. We’re seeking dynamic technical inside Sales Representatives to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-driven professional who can excel independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment. Having a pump or mechanical background or training is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Present and promote company products and services to both new and existing customers
- Assess customer needs and technical requirements to develop accurate estimates
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Mechanical background is essential; experience with pumping systems is highly preferred, though other relevant mechanical expertise is valuable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented and adept at meeting deadlines
