Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

 

·         Maintain and document all operations processes and procedures

·         Support Director of Operations with special projects, generating reports and completing data analysis

·         Assist with Quality Assurance audits

·         Review Product Approval Forms (PAF’s), Product Change Forms (PCF’s) and Product Discontinuation Forms (PDF’s)

·         Maintain accuracy and data integrity of MS Access database for product details and reporting

·         Enhance and improve data entry forms, processes and techniques for cross-functional teams

·         Manage all Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA’s)

·         Assist with product issues and customer satisfaction concerns

·         Investigate and dispute customer chargebacks related to shipping issues

·         Work with Operations team to develop action plans for warehouse team members to eliminate future chargebacks related to shipping

·         Assist the warehouse team members with customer shipping requirements

·         Maintain key customer “quick reference” shipping guide for warehouse team members

·         Assist warehouse team members on all shipping technology platforms

·         Manage and maintain warehouse supplies

·         Manage cycle count process and report results

·         Other duties assigned by Director of Operations

Qualifications:

·         Associates Degree in Business administration or similar field is preferred but not required

·         1+ year operations or related experience preferred

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word)

·         Experience with Sage, Starship and Scan Force is preferred

·         Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to deal sensitively with confidential information

·         Flexible, resourceful and a CAN-DO attitude

·         Must possess strong analytical skills, be highly organized and detail oriented and efficient in handling multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment

·         Must be a motivated, self-starter and willing to work outside normal business hours in order to meet deadlines

·         Good problem solving skills are required

·         Ownership of tasks assigned, and ability to self-motivate is required

·         Needs to be able to perform with limited supervision

·         Must be a team player
