Receptionist Position

We are accepting applications for an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative at Brewer Animal Hospital. This is a client service position with a floating, daytime schedule entailing roughly 30 to 35 hours per week. Every other Saturday a must. It tends to be a fast-paced environment interacting with people and animals where you will learn new skills. We are a small office where you are treated like family. If this sounds appealing, then a position at Brewer Animal Hospital may be for you.

Duties include: answering phones, making appointments, interacting with our pet parents, checking clients/patients in and out, preparing exam rooms for patients, some pet handling. There is a lot of people interaction as well as pet interaction. You MUST get along well with people and pets We are looking for a team player that interacts well with others. We are a small, family-oriented business and expect our team members to be part of the family. Previous experience a plus but not required.
