Director of Finance

Position Overview

Join us as the Director of Finance, where you'll be at the forefront of our financial operations in the U.S. and Mexico. Your leadership will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with US GAAP and our Group's accounting standards. You'll play a pivotal role in driving our commercial goals while adhering to our quality management system. On sight 4 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly financial reports and insights on business performance.
• Manage Treasury functions, including Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Lead budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Develop liquidity plans and oversee general ledger entries.
• Maintain and reconcile fixed assets and inter-company transactions.
• Process employee expenses, credit applications, and tax payments.
• Prepare quarterly compliance reports for banks as needed.
• Spearhead external audits and manage year-end 1099 processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Extensive experience with SAP modules.
• Proven leadership skills in finance operations.
• Strong analytical skills, with FP&A experience being a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; basic Spanish is a bonus.
