Old Bust Head is hiring part-time Beertenders to join our team. Previous experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in their beer selections by effectively communicating information about our beer styles and brewing process.

Address guests’ service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.

Effectively understand our products and methodology to be able to make recommendations to guests.

Operate and troubleshoot draft equipment and move and change kegs as necessary.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Open and close according to Old Bust Head's opening and closing procedures.

Assist during private events and special events as necessary.

Additional duties may be assigned.

Availability:

10-20 hours a week including weekdays and weekends. Open Monday-Sunday.

Physical Requirements:

Very active and requires standing, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. Must be able to lift 50 pounds comfortably.
