We have multiple General Labor openings at a client in Terrell, TX.

1st and 2nd shifts available.

Pay is $13 per hour for General Labor. The best employees could be chosen and asked to do a role driving a forklift, which they will be trained on. those employees that are promoted to that forklift driver role will be increased to $17 per hour.

 

What You’ll Do:

Day-to-day tasks can include picking and packing product from the warehouse shelves, restocking and cycle counting inventory, or prepping
and kitting special projects. Associates should be ready to help any team within the warehouses that might need it most on any given day, be that inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, or wholesale.
• Support your team members with questions and requests
• Understand and strive to hit your expected target metrics and ask for support to help you get there
• Keep spaces organized and clean at all times
• Keep safety at top of mind; follow all safety procedures and bring up safety concerns as they arise
• Communicate clearly and candidly
