We are seeking a highly motivated Individual to help lead our first shift Bakery, Confection and packing teams.

Job Purpose: The First Shift Supervisor II is responsible for day-to-day direction and leadership of production crew members, monitoring the quality of work, ensuring employees receive proper training, tracking daily production, and addressing all production issues. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for ensuring proper documentation of activities consistent with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordinates team members to achieve daily production schedule in a safe, productive, low cost, low waste, timely manner

- Train team members on all training materials and all applicable processes according to their job tasks

- Evaluate and enforce company safety, proper sanitation during daily washouts, and operation/processing policies and procedures

- Adhering and enforcing company GMP’s and HACCP policies.

- Fill out Daily forms

- Assist with set up of production lines for efficient production

Qualifications:

Speaks both English and Spanish fluently.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
