Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. We are closed Sundays & Mondays and manager is scheduled less than 50 hours per week. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all front of the house and back of the house staff
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality food and beverage service for our guests
  • Train and manage all front of the house personnel
  • Work with our Chef to ensure excellent food service and quality
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or other related fields 
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Competent computer, money handling and daily sales reconciliation skills
