Job Responsibilities:

The Floor Technician will be responsible for cleaning and general floor maintenance, including scrubbing, waxing, deep carpet cleaning, and ensuring compliance with the client's specific requirements at each location. Duties also include assisting the Operations Manager with special services, being flexible to travel to different client locations, and be willing to complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 years of experience in floor maintenance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Have janitorial experience or knowledge.
  • Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
  • Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.


Pay: $18.00 per hour plus commision.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00PM-10:00PM

Responsabilidades del Puesto:

El Técnico de Pisos será responsable de la limpieza y mantenimiento general de los pisos, incluyendo el fregado, encerado, limpieza profunda de alfombras y asegurarse de cumplir con los requisitos específicos de cada cliente. También deberá asistir al Gerente de Operaciones con servicios especiales, estar disponible para viajar a diferentes ubicaciones de clientes y estar dispuesto a realizar otras tareas asignadas.
Requisitos:

  • Mínimo 1 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de pisos o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
  • Experiencia o conocimientos en limpieza y mantenimiento.
  • Manejo de distintos tipos de equipos industriales para el cuidado de pisos.
  • Conocimiento y cumplimiento de procedimientos de seguridad.
  • Capacidad para levantar, cargar, empujar y jalar hasta 50 libras con frecuencia.

Salario: $18.00 por hora mas comision.

Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 5:00 PM a 10:00 PM
