We are seeking a Lead Veterinarian with strong clinical experience and a DVM degree to lead our Columbus, GA clinic. This role offers the opportunity to oversee clinic operations, guide veterinary staff, and provide exceptional care to our animal patients in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver medical care, including examinations, diagnostics, and treatments
- Supervise veterinary staff, ensuring high standards of patient care
- Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling and supplies
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures
- Recruit, train, and mentor new employees
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
Qualifications:
- DVM degree

- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
