The Vice President of Gaming Operations directs and coordinates the overall activities of all direct reports, including VP Slots, Director of Table Games Operations and Director of Casino Credit, to ensure efficient operations throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

  1. Improve and streamline departmental operations through ongoing assessment of policies and procedures, work processes and program effectiveness.
  2. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  3. Respond to and resolve customer and employee inquiries.
  4. Maintain a work environment that is safe, professional, friendly and conducive to a high level of productivity & performance, as well as morale.
  5. Act as a role model to all employees and always present oneself as a credit to the Company and encourage other team members to do the same.
  6. Promote positive public relations and create an enjoyable atmosphere for all customers.
  7. Ensure the protection of customers' rewards and credit lines.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of Company trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information.
  9. Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment.
  10. Develop department members’ knowledge and skills through education, training, coaching, corrective counseling, etc.
  11. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
  12. Conduct personal behavior and select, train, coach, counsel, appraise and retain direct reports who consistently perform actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
