Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The starting annual on-target earning for this position is $65,000.00. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise. Who We're Looking For: Digital Marketing Account Manager: Chicago, IL

Digital Marketing Account Managers at C-4 Analytics are strong communicators and fast learners who love pushing new, aggressive strategies to our clients. As a Digital Account Manager, you'll be the main, daily point of contact for your portfolio of clients. You will also be responsible for liaising with our solutions teams and project-managing campaigns from start to finish.

A day in the life of a Digital Marketing Account Manager:

  1. Be the main day-to-day contact for a number of C-4 Analytics clients.
  2. Use Google Analytics and Google Ads to review clients' web traffic, pitch strategic campaigns and report on progress.
  3. Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, from the initial campaign pitch to campaign setup, execution, review, and reporting.
  4. Requires ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure success.
  5. Campaigns include all aspects of paid search, website maintenance, social media, and online reputation.
  6. Work with the Creative and Content teams to consistently improve client websites for optimal success.
  7. Work with third parties such as a web provider platform to ensure our strategies are carried out.
  8. Create client-facing monthly reports on all aspects of C-4 Analytics campaigns.
  9. Run weekly meetings to update clients on cumulative progress.
  10. Ensure that all external assets are compliant and approved by the client.
  11. Manage all tasks in JIRA from creation to close in a timely manner.
  12. Travel as needed (less than 25%) - all domestic.
  13. Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Must-Haves

  1. 1-plus years of Digital Marketing, Account Management, or direct Client-Facing experience.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, a related degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  3. Strong presentation skills – ability to demonstrate value to clients.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Demonstrated time management and project management skills.
  6. A positive attitude that resonates throughout your team and the company.
  7. Demonstrated familiarity with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) products.

Nice-To-Haves

  1. 2-plus years' experience building multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social, and email marketing services.
  2. Google Analytics & Ads Certifications.
  3. Experience using a project management tool, preferably JIRA.
  4. Experience working with or in the automotive industry.
