Development Scientist – # 6824
The Development Scientist will lead product development/formulation projects to product registration or other suitable product-cycle end points. The Scientist will lead projects, generate, document, and review technical data for reports and CMC regulatory support documents. The incumbent will create and maintain activity plans for projects and communicate and negotiate project activities and timeline. The incumbent will develop an understanding of current R&D programs and will maintain up to date training in GDP compliance particularly as it applies to non-commercial, pre-approval activities. The incumbent will deliver projects on time and ensure all regulatory documentation is acceptable to external clients and regulatory bodies. The incumbent will provide advice on changes that may impact regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- B.S. or higher in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related Field
- Previous experience in the Animal Health industry
- Analytical skills
- Experience in a GDP/GLP compliant environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong aptitude for technical learning
- Ability to communicate information clearly
- Good understanding of trends and opportunities in the field
