Compensation Range
Hourly: $20.90 - $24.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

Essential Functions
- Perform a wide range of advanced administrative support duties of highly responsible, complex, confidential nature; support individuals at a senior level
- Keep organized department records and ensure departmental efficiencies
- Create, maintain and edit documents, spreadsheets, and files.
- Prepare routine correspondence and correspondence of a more confidential and complex nature
- Manage and maintain accounts and internal databases containing confidential information and analyze complex information requests
- Perform administrative duties, including coordinating supply needs, handling daily mail and shipping needs, preparing billing reports, keeping tax payment schedules, and handling cash movement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required
- Basic knowledge of wealth management services and products
- Demonstrate proficiency in or ability to quickly learn applicable systems, processes and programs
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills and the ability to work independently
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Associate’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years related experience in an office environment required
