Develop and Implement Continuous Improvement Strategies:
  1. Lead the development and execution of the organization's continuous improvement roadmap and strategies.
  2. Identify areas of improvement across various departments and processes.

  4. Collaborate with senior leadership to align improvement initiatives with overall business objectives.
