We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Radiation Oncologist to join our growing dermatology group.

We are a privately owned group and are looking for a radiation oncologist to work part time or full time in the state of Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiation oncology, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and diagnose patients with cancer, determining the most appropriate course of radiation therapy (EBT/SRT)
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, taking into consideration their medical history, overall health, and specific cancer type
  3. Collaborate with a team of professionals, including medical oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, physician assistants, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive cancer care
  4. Monitor patients' progress throughout the course of treatment, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  5. Educate patients and their families on the benefits, risks, and potential side effects of radiation therapy
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in radiation oncology and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
  7. Participate in research and clinical trials to advance the field of radiation oncology
Requirements:
  1. Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  2. Board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology
  3. Strong clinical skills and experience in radiation oncology
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work effectively within a team
  6. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
