The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is seeking a Director of Continuing Education & Lifelong Learning to provide leadership for the operational direction of the Office of Continuing Education & Lifelong Learning, including programmatic initiatives for delivering and helping UAB schools and colleges deliver continuing and community education programs. The role involves evaluating the office's service portfolio and providing vision and direction as opportunities arise and circumstances change. This position requires close partnership with other directors in the Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL) and offices within the Provost's Office of Innovative Teaching and Academic Engagement to advance academic goals and objectives. The director will provide top-level support and customer service to UAB's schools and colleges and support others aligned with the mission of the Provost's office and UAB academic enterprise.

(Annual Salary: $85,600 - $139,100)

Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field required and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for the education requirement.
