Store Supervisor

General Summary
The Store Supervisor assists and performs various functions alongside store management, including customer service, merchandising, omni activities, and inventory management. They demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values such as Accountability, Collaboration, Humility, and Passion, and partner with the management team to understand store priorities. Responsibilities include merchandise placement, fulfillment, store recovery, and monitoring associate compliance with company policies and Asset Protection standards. They also assist in projects supporting service levels and may participate in store opening and closing.
Reports to: Store Manager and/or Co-Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Customer Service- Maintain Store Experience by modeling behaviors, redirecting associates to achieve store goals, and responding to customer feedback urgently.
- Ensure positive customer experiences by maintaining store standards, completing daily open/close tasks, and store cleaning and maintenance.
- Meet metric-based goals by communicating goals clearly and understanding business trends.
- Plan and assign tasks daily based on communication received.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or other leaders.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom to ensure an appealing customer experience.
- Supervise and participate in inventory management activities, including freight receipt, placement, markdown, and MOOS.
- Manage omni activities in-store like Charge/Send, BOPIS/BOSTS, and Delivery.
- Leverage inventory reports to enhance productivity and presentation on the sales floor.
- Ensure a safe environment for customers and associates by maintaining equipment in good condition.
- Maintain supply inventory for effective floor moves, markdowns, and fulfillment.
- Complete all information related to audits, donations, transfers, mismates, and damages.
- Collaborate with store leadership on policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates.
- Train, coach, and direct associates, providing developmental feedback to management.
- Provide feedback on associate performance and manage payroll and timekeeping activities.
- Recognize associates using company recognition tools.
- Excellent customer service with a positive mindset.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and resolve conflicts.
- Develop collaborative working relationships.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to train, coach, develop, and motivate others.

- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 2 years retail experience.
- Some college preferred.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
