The Vendor Risk Management team plays a vital role in ensuring compliance and reducing risk for the organization. Reporting to the Vendor Risk Manager, the Associate Vendor Risk Analyst will provide critical administrative and operational support to the Vendor Risk Management team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Operational Support:
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration by serving as an advisor for the business units on vendor related matters and processes.
  • Partner with and help educate business units regarding vendor management, risk, and oversight.
  • Support the Vendor Risk Management team in using internal systems and platforms (e.g., IntelAgree, Oracle).
  • Assist in improving operational workflows to enhance efficiency in vendor management processes.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
Administrative Support:
  • Schedule, prepare, organize, and distribute meeting agendas and materials for the Vendor Management Committee.
  • Maintain and update vendor management files ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with creating and editing reports.
  • Assist in tracking the progress of vendor risk reviews.
  • Collect pertinent documentation from external vendors.
  • Monitor deadlines for vendor deliverables and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain and update the vendor management intranet site.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of administrative support preferably in a compliance, regulatory, risk management, or vendor management environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail and control oriented, thorough, and highly motivated.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

The base salary range for this position is $85K-$110K. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.

In addition, this position may be eligible for a discretionary incentive-based bonus based on individual and company performance.

Eligible employees may participate in a 401 (K) program with a company profit sharing contribution, medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability covering and paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
