We are currently seeking an Industrial Systems Technician o join our team of experienced professionals in Charlotte, NC. Please note, this position will be fully on-site at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport.

What You'll Do:
  • Troubleshoot and discuss issues with electrical, PLC, and HMI systems
  • Resolve operational issues by providing technical solutions
  • Provide on-site shift coverage, including weekends, evenings and occasional holidays to ensure smooth operation of systems
  • Engage with customers directly
  • Assist with commissioning and installation of systems on-site as required
  • Optimize and tune for performance, reliability, and scalability through PLC and software changes
Qualifications Required:
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer interfacing and communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to follow procedures and processes
  • Understanding of industrial environments, engineering and production processes
  • Ability to read electrical schematics
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required
  • Familiarity with PLC, HMI, and/or programming is an asset but not required
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in an Industrial setting, OR College or University degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Design, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, OR other related work experience in PLC systems
