Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This role involves leveraging advanced machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to develop, optimize, and deploy scalable data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, AI/ML algorithms, and programming, coupled with a passion for solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Model Development: Research, design, and implement AI/ML models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms, to solve business problems.
  • Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Analyze large, complex datasets, and apply feature engineering and data cleaning techniques to enhance model accuracy.
  • Algorithm Optimization: Fine-tune model parameters and optimize performance metrics, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • Deployment: Develop end-to-end pipelines to deploy AI/ML models in production environments using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms.
  • Business Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to identify opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML advancements and integrate cutting-edge techniques to enhance existing processes and systems.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Communicate insights and results effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Ethics and Governance: Ensure AI/ML models comply with ethical standards and governance policies, addressing biases and ensuring fairness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Strong experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Expertise in data wrangling, visualization, and SQL-based querying.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and technologies.

Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

SUCCESS PROFILE

  • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration/deployment of ML models.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics, privacy, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
