Job Title: Experienced Leasing Agent

Location: Mountain Village Apartments, Waukesha, WI

Compensation: $16 - $19 per hour (based on experience)

Additional Earnings: Move-in & Renewal commissions

Job Description

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and customer service? We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include showcasing our properties, assisting potential tenants, and managing leasing agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and answer prospective tenants' questions.
  • Assist in the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.
  • Maintain positive relationships with current tenants.
  • Ensure all leasing documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the property management team across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • Previous leasing or real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Flexibility to adjust to schedule changes and work at various locations.
  • Appfolio Experience preferred but not required.
