• Craft Engaging Content: Develop and maintain user guides, procedure manuals, standards, FAQs, web help, and more
• Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with technical subject matter experts to gather accurate and comprehensive information
• Organize with Precision: Transform technical information into clear, precise client reports and deliverables
• Integrate Seamlessly: Combine data from various sources into cohesive, comprehensive documents
• Polish to Perfection: Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity and consistency
• Juggle Projects: Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time
• Ensure Compliance: Keep all documentation in line with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay updated on industry-specific regulations and incorporate them into our processes
• Audit and Review: Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
• Team Up with Compliance: Work closely with compliance teams to understand and implement regulatory changes

This position is a hybrid remote & on-site role at our client office in Oakland, CA

• Undergraduate degree (English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field preferred)
• Experience in technical writing with a portfolio of relevant work.
• Proficiency in documentation tools like Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Visio, WordPress, and Confluence

• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in industries such as utilities, power, telecom, and data engineering.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and industry-specific guidelines

• This position pays between $80,000 and $115,000 annually and is an exempt position.
• Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
