About The Job

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking for a Client Relations Specialist to be a key player in our prestigious Client Relations team based in New York City. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to support the Zone wide strategy in alignment with Louis Vuitton’s esteemed global business objectives. You will have the unique opportunity to assist all VIP client events, both locally and internationally, as well as champion positive relationships with our Central Paris team, Merchandising, Regions/Countries, and other vital corporate stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

Agile

  • Create and maintain hotel master files used for large scale events.
  • Serve as on-site support for exceptional events when needed.
  • Lead all VIP gifting initiatives.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the ongoing exceptional experiences for our VIP & VIC clients by collaborating closely with the stores & our team in Paris.
  • Spearhead the local execution and drafting of client communications on behalf of Louis Vuitton Americas.
  • Support the regions/countries with all virtual bridge request and follow ups.
  • Share tangible, significant best practices to support regional strategies.

Client Centric & Excellence

  • Ideate welcome pack collateral used for client touchpoints.
  • Partner with Regional Client Relations teams to ensure LV ‘Codes & Guidelines’ are reflected across all VIC client touchpoints.
  • Create timely recaps and share qualitative information about client experiences.
  • In collaboration with the Client Relations Manager monitor client attendance and ‘journey’ at various exceptional experiences such as high watches & jewelry events, fashion shows, and Savior Faire events.

Innovation

  • Partner with Client Relations Manager to continuously create new and creative client engagement concepts.

Profile

We are eager to speak to candidates with hospitality and/or VIP experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong PowerPoint and Excel skills. Candidates with an acute eye for detail and ability to be resourceful & innovative within every changing context are preferred. Strong relationship building skills is critical and knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese language is a plus.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly within the range of USD $85-$90K, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
