Resumen de Observaciones:

Limpiar las habitaciones según lo asignado, garantizando que se cumplan los estándares del hotel en todo momento. Responsable de informar cualquier deficiencia de mantenimiento y atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes. Garantizar la confidencialidad y seguridad de todas las habitaciones.

Responsabilidades/Deberes:
  • Siga todos los procedimientos de capacitación establecidos por los requisitos de OSHA.
  • Limpiar habitaciones asignadas por prioridad.
  • Transporte el carrito con artículos de limpieza, artículos de tocador y ropa de cama a la habitación asignada, asegurándolos en el lugar asignado.
  • Contenedores de basura vacíos.
  • Retire toda la ropa sucia y reemplácela con una pieza limpia según el diseño designado.
  • Retire la tierra, la suciedad, la acumulación de jabón y el cabello del área del baño.
  • Haga la cama con ropa de cama limpia según los estándares del hotel.
  • Reemplace bolsas de lavandería, limpie armarios y puertas, eliminando polvo y escombros. Asegúrese de tener la cantidad correcta de perchas, mantas y almohadas adicionales y otras comodidades.
  • Quite el polvo y pula todos los muebles, cuadros, marcos, espejos, bombillas, lámparas, interruptores, televisores y controles remotos.
  • Vuelva a alinear todos los muebles al plano de planta.
  • Abra todos los cajones, quite el polvo en las habitaciones de salida.
  • Revise debajo de la cama, sillas y sofá en busca de escombros y retírelos si los hay.
  • Inspeccionar el estado de todos los muebles, informe cualquier daño.
  • Elimine el polvo, las manchas y las manchas de todas las puertas, cortinas, ventanas, repisas, marcos, zócalos, unidades de aire acondicionado, esquinas y teléfonos.
  • Inspeccione el estado de todos los accesorios de la habitación y reemplácelos según sea necesario de acuerdo con los estándares del hotel.
  • Aspire toda la habitación y rocíe con desodorante.
  • Actualice el estado de las habitaciones limpiadas en la hoja de asignación.
  • Devolución y reabastecimiento del carrito al final del turno.
  • Garantice la seguridad de las llaves de los huéspedes, entregue los artículos perdidos y encontrados al supervisor.
  • Limpiar y reponer el juego de cafetera.
  • Manejar todas las quejas de los huéspedes.
  • Reportar daños o problemas de mantenimiento al supervisor.
  • Conocedor de los procedimientos de emergencia y incendio del hotel.
  • Otras tareas esenciales de limpieza de habitaciones a medida que las operaciones cambien en el futuro.

  • Capacidad para trabajar bien con otros.
  • Capacidad para agarrar, doblarse y agacharse, capacidad para trabajar de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo, hasta 5 horas.
  • Capacidad para empujar o tirar cargas pesadas que pesen hasta 50 libras.
  • Capacidad para realizar las tareas asignadas con atención al detalle, velocidad, precisión, seguimiento, cortesía y trabajar con supervisión mínima.
  • Conocimiento del manejo adecuado de productos químicos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluidos días festivos y fines de semana.
