About the Job:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights. Develop, maintain, and validate routine reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine processes to enhance efficiency and robustness. Implement initiatives for standardization and automation.
• Model Development: Support the development and enhancement of financial models, including ALM and FTP.
• Backtesting: Assist in backtesting financial models and assumptions to validate performance and refine strategies based on historical data.
• System Integration: Assist in consolidating reports into the Power BI app and support the integration of new reporting functions.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform on-demand analysis, including portfolio analysis and other critical tasks as needed.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with treasury risk, capital markets, and operations teams to refine and automate their reporting processes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for models, processes, and reports.

What You’ll Do:

• Gathering, cleansing and verifying data source from various system, assist with improvement/implementation of ALM/FTP system to support maximizing TICF’s profitability while effectively mitigating interest rate risk and liquidity risk
• Assist in producing daily and periodic reporting of Treasury activities, including but not limited to liquidity management, asset portfolio and funding activities, price variance through effective asset and liability management.
• Assist in enhancement of quality control, automation, and oversight of reporting processes for TICF and TICO’s North American Sales Finance Business.
• Assist in performing ad hoc reports, assignments and analysis as required related to TICF Treasury activities and TICO’s North American Sales Finance Organization.

Qualifications You’ll Need:

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• BA/BS degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for interacting with various teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Great to Have:

• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Knowledge of treasury systems and processes
• Familiarity with automation tools and process optimization methodologies
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with financial reporting platforms
• Knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal helpful
