Seeking upbeat, driven individuals who are looking for a long-term position within a growing company.

Our client service representatives provide valuable consultation to veterans and their families, regarding eligibility, supporting documentation, and long-term care planning.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and completing phone appointments with clients as scheduled
  • Review and prepare documentation as part of our consultation service.
  • Document & analyze information promptly; ability to spot errors and make changes as needed to complete a case
  • Simultaneously provide daily phone and email support to several clients and ensure that
  • each client’s needs are attended to
  • Must be comfortable meeting weekly quotas as set by management

Qualifications for this Position:

  • Customer service driven; with a passion for helping/assisting others
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication; must be comfortable communicating via phone
  • and email.
  • Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, G-mail, Google Calendar and
  • comfortable with learning how to use CRM databases.
  • Have office admin/clerical experience
  • Must be able to multi-task

Work hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM PST
