Cude Engineers is seeking motivated and experienced civil engineers with land development backgrounds to fill leadership and mentoring roles across our organization.

Responsibilities include:
  • Define and facilitate project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Manage project budget, resource allocation, design, quality and timelines
  • Meet and exceed client expectations by ensuring accurate, complete and timely communication and work product
  • Produce calculations, drawings, proposals, procurement documents, design packages, technical reports and detailed analyses of a variety of projects
  • Interface professionally with clients, public entities and team
  • Review and approve design development by the Project Engineer and provide hands-on mentoring to support team members towards achieving their maximum potential.
  • Meet regularly with key clients to discuss current projects, evaluate firm performance and identify other business opportunities available

  • You have a B.S. Civil Engineering and a Texas P.E.
  • You have 5+ years of experience with increasing responsibility overseeing land development, public works and water resources projects and managing a team
  • You are a talented engineer who enjoys working on a broad range of projects
  • You love multi-tasking, communicating with fellow engineering and construction professionals and collaborating with a team
  • You are genuinely good with people and enjoy building relationships with colleagues and clients
