Key Responsibilities

  • Mitigation & Restoration: Perform water extraction, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup to return properties to their pre-loss condition.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as the first responder, easing property owners' concerns while providing detailed explanations of the restoration process.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure all procedures meet industry standards.
  • Problem Solving: Innovate solutions for complex restoration challenges.
  • Equipment Management: Operate, maintain, and manage restoration tools and equipment efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated team to complete projects on time and to client satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Accurately document project details, including before-and-after photos, moisture readings, and customer communications.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of water damage restoration experience is required.
  • Passionate about customer service and creating satisfied clients.
  • Polished, professional demeanor with the ability to reassure clients in high-stress situations.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to job sites.
  • Strong work ethic, task-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
  • Must be empathetic, clean-cut, and maintain a professional appearance.

Schedule

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
