As the PENRAD Imaging Mammography Lead you will utilize your expertise to:
- Evaluate daily departmental workload and disseminate work to department members and prioritize tasks.
- Provide training to departmental employees. This includes new hire training, training each time a policy or procedure is changed or created, and ongoing refresher training.
- Obtain the highest quality diagnostic images, while providing exemplary quality patient care.
- Follow all ACR and safety standards for Mammography.
- Demonstrate PENRAD Imaging’s core values at all times to patients and coworkers: Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Innovation and Excellence
Qualified Applicants will require:
- ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology certification.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
- Previous Lead Technologist or other supervisory role desired.
