We are seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to company employees. Support will be delivered through various channels, including phone, remote access, and in-person interactions. This role is critical in maintaining the functionality of the company’s IT systems and contributing to a productive work environment.IT Helpdesk Specialist Compensation and Benefits:
IT Helpdesk Specialist Competitive Salary: $53,000-$60,000 monthly salary, depending on experience.
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers at least 6paid holidays per year to the IT Helpdesk Specialist subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
IT Helpdesk Specialist Responsibilities:
Configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting desktops, laptops, printers, phones, etc.
Providing support for email, enterprise applications, and web applications.
Responding to and resolving submitted work orders within the IT helpdesk queue.
Creating and managing accounts in Active Directory.
Manage Cloud services (azure, Office 365).
Perform Windows Scripting (PowerShell/VB/Python) using common scripting languages.
Creating PC images with Kace imaging software.
IT Helpdesk Specialist Qualifications:
3 years’ experience in an IT Help Desk/Desktop Support environment.
Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, etc.) required, without the above work experience.
Ability to read, speak and understand English.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
Ability to multi-task.
Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
Organized and extremely detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize.
Deadline-oriented.
Research/problem solving skills.
Able to work flexible hours and shifts.
PC troubleshooting and networking in a Microsoft Active Directory domain.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of desktop products.
Group Policy Object creation and management.
Good oral and written communications skills and ability to translate these to our internal knowledge baseStrong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and with others.
Strong problem-solving skills.
