Sr. Mortgage Processor

Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare mortgage loan files from application to approval.
- Ensure compliance with bank, regulatory, investor guidelines, and customer service standards.
- Communicate with customers, internal teams, and third-party providers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather necessary documentation.
- Manage a pipeline of 35+ loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Demonstrate expertise in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA, and USDA loan programs.
- Education: College degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Processor or Loan Officer Assistant.
- Proficient in loan processing, credit policies, underwriting requirements, and closing procedures.
- Familiarity with automated processing systems; Encompass 360 experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing Regulations (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
