About the TeamOur team handles the full chain of operations for TikTok creators. We provide services from basic to advanced levels for creators producing high-quality content, enhancing their experience on TikTok, and contributing to building a future-oriented content platform.
Responsibilities- Manage response, satisfaction, and resolution rates for TikTok creators; analyze consultation needs and develop promotion strategies.
- Collaborate with departments to optimize customer service experience processes, formulating and executing strategies with local teams.
- Establish cooperation between product and customer service teams to synchronize product changes timely.
- Drive optimization of product issues in frequent consultation scenarios, reducing negative feedback from creators.
- Bachelor's degree or above with over 3 years of experience in creator operations and customer service management.
- Empathy for users, with problem-solving skills from the creator's perspective.
- Data analysis skills, logical thinking, and a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
- Proficiency in Chinese as a working language.
TikTok values inclusivity, offering accommodations in recruitment for candidates with disabilities, pregnancy, or religious beliefs. The base salary range is $83,600 - $192,533 annually, depending on qualifications and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid parental leave, and personal time off.
For Los Angeles County (unincorporated) Candidates: Applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in line with all applicable laws, including the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act.
