Project Coordinator Construction (Sacramento)

Start your Jacobs career with a company that inspires and empowers you to deliver your best work so you can evolve, grow and succeed – today and into tomorrow. Jacobs has an exciting opportunity for a Land Acquisition Project Coordinator to be working for one of our large clients. In this role, you will manage land acquisitions for a fast-moving program, track multiple ROW Agents workloads and progress, and consult with the client. You will also provide effective, skilled project management to help our team deliver projects in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities include

  • Working directly with the client,
  • Assist ROW Agents with land acquisition,
  • Oversee acquisition package preparation, 
  • Maintaining project files, database management, and responding to public inquiries.

Here's what you'll need

  • 1-3 years’ experience in land acquisition
  • Proven experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Google Earth
  • Experience with leading teams, coordinating meetings and tracking projects
  • Capable of working independently, and interfacing with teams consisting of varying disciplines
  • College degree preferred
