We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer / Structural Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with innovative design capabilities to develop architectural and structural solutions for a variety of projects. This role involves close collaboration with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally sound designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design And Development

Create architectural designs and detailed structural plans for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Prepare concept sketches, 3D models, and blueprints using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.

Project Collaboration

Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budgets.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and structural integrity.

Participate in design review meetings and present design concepts to stakeholders.

Structural Analysis And Problem-Solving

Conduct structural analyses to ensure safety, stability, and durability of designs.

Identify and resolve design challenges by proposing innovative, cost-effective solutions.

Documentation And Reporting

Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and material lists.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and updates.

Sustainability And Innovation

Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient solutions into projects.

Stay updated on the latest architectural and structural technologies and trends.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design or structural engineering.

Skills

Proficiency in design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, or similar tools).

Strong knowledge of structural analysis tools and techniques.

Excellent visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with building codes, construction practices, and materials.

Certifications: Professional license or certification in architecture or structural engineering (preferred).

Key Competencies

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Effective time management and ability to meet project deadlines.
