Job Summary: The University of Kentucky College of Public Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Academic Affairs Director to lead and manage the administration, growth, and continuous improvement of its graduate, online, and professional degree offerings. This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of academic affairs and graduate program administration, including admissions, student support, course scheduling, and degree conferral.
The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the College’s online programs, ensuring academic excellence, compliance, and a high-quality student experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with faculty, program directors, and University partners to foster an inclusive and supportive academic environment. In addition to managing budget and resources, the Director will use data-driven insights to inform program development, enrollment strategies, and student retention efforts.
