Telemetry Technician

Individuals in this role must be highly motivated and able to work independently, with team members, and under the supervision of the Field Service Manager.

THE POSITION

As a Telemetry Technician, you will be expected to perform the following:

• Operate a handheld tablet, which is used to capture data through bar code scanning, manual entry, and photography.
• Process the required data accurately, in order to perform quality assurance functions.
• Meet all required completion dates/times.
• Professionally communicate with others, and have clear written and verbal communication skills
• Follow standards of safety, productivity, and quality of work

UMS provides step-by-step training, & all the necessary tools to be successful.

• Have basic technological equipment skills.
• Be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift/carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must work under the following conditions:
  • Wear company-approved uniform and required PPE, which is provided by the company.
  • Standing, walking, reaching, using hands and arms frequently.
  • Performing work outdoors, in variable weather conditions and environments.
  • Following oral and written directions, plans, and instruction from the Field Service Manager.
