- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements regarding patient information
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or equivalent education and experience
- 2-3 years of experience as a PAS/Customer Service Coordinator or 1-3 years as a Supervisor
- Demonstrated leadership and management competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with customer service and quality improvement initiatives
- Skills in diversity management and performance management
- Familiarity with call tracking and customer service software applications
