Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment while contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Support the marketing team with event planning and promotions, including logistics and communications.
  • Prepare and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Assist in the analysis and reporting of marketing campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets and content libraries, ensuring easy access for the team.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to marketing, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Help with email marketing efforts, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Strong interest in marketing and a passion for learning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
