The Arcade Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest service needs are met regarding purchases, prize redemption, and game play in the arcade. This is a fun and exciting environment that allows you to make guest experiences memorable.

Duties:

  • Providing superior guest service
  • Instruct guests on the products of the facility and how to use them (i.e. games, debit card system, redemption purchases, and arcade club)
  • Sell debit cards, redemption tickets, and party packages.
  • Redeem redemption merchandise.
  • Create guest accounts.
  • Communicate any equipment malfunction to technician, lead, or manager.
  • Cleaning, detailing, and testing games.
  • Ensure all guests are following the rules.
  • Communicate any guest or other issues to a lead or manager.

Qualifications:

  • Must have the ability to interact well with children and adults.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. from the floor.
