As Front Office Host at Dream South Beach, you will be responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You'll be the face of Dream South Beach as a Front Office Host. If you have worked at other hotels as a front office host or if you have prior hotel experience, we'd love to hear from you

Qualifications
- A minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism Management or a relevant field
- Previous Front Office Host Experience strongly preferred
- Ability to speak a second Language fluently will be considered an asset
- Good working knowledge of Reserve/Opera software
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends, holidays, overnight shifts
- Physically agile, ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
