About The Role

Fairway Imports is seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our Marketing Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of our leading brands, including EVS Sports, LIFT Safety, LIFT Aviation, LIFT Airborne Technologies, Passium, and Gallery of WOW. Your photography will play a crucial role in communicating our story and capturing the essence of our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Direction & Planning: Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually stunning photo shoots that align with our brand values.
  • Studio & Location Photography: Manage photography sessions both in the studio and on-site, ensuring professional lighting, staging, and equipment setup.
  • Product Photography: Produce high-quality product images that showcase our products' features, functionality, and appeal across digital, print, and advertising platforms.
  • Shot Lists & Storyboarding: Prepare detailed shot lists and storyboards to ensure shoots are well-organized and meet project objectives.
  • Talent Direction: Guide models, athletes, and other subjects to bring out their best and align with the brand's vision.
  • Post-Production: Edit and retouch photos to meet the highest quality standards for use across digital, print, and advertising platforms.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the care and upkeep of photography equipment to ensure it’s always ready for use.
  • Video Production Support: Assist in video shoots as a gaffer or second camera operator when needed to maintain consistency across visual content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director and other stakeholders to refine and deliver exceptional final assets.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record in professional photography, including studio and location shoots.
  • Strong expertise in product photography is a must.
  • Strong skills in photo editing and retouching (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Ability to direct talent and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in video production is a plus.
  • A creative eye and passion for capturing brand stories visually.
