*Job Overview:*

_We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MRI Technologist to join our medical imaging team. The MRI Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging examinations using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure. This role is ideal for a professional committed to delivering high-quality imaging services in a patient-centered environment. Both local and travel MRI Technologists are encouraged to apply._

*Responsibilities:*
* Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images as directed by the radiologist or physician.
* Prepare patients for MRI procedures, explaining the process, answering questions, and ensuring comfort and safety.
* Position patients correctly and select appropriate imaging parameters based on the examination requirements.
* Monitor patients during scans and recognize and respond to any adverse reactions or emergencies.
* Review and evaluate images to ensure clarity and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
* Maintain MRI equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
* Document patient information and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
* Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and MRI safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment.

*Qualifications:*
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
* Valid MRI Technologist license or certification (as required by state regulations).
* American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in MRI preferred.
* Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience preferred, with familiarity in a hospital or outpatient imaging setting.
* Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

*Shift:*

4x10 Hr. Days (40 Hrs. per Week) _(Friday - Monday Schedule)_

*Duration:*

13 Weeks

*Pay Breakdown:*

$2,720.00 Gross ($1,480.00 Taxable & $1,240.00 Tax-Free) ($68.00/Hr. Blended Rate)
