Responsibilities:

Examine, diagnose, and treat periodontal conditions with expertise and care
Analyze x-rays and patient history to determine the best comprehensive treatment plans
Provide follow-up care to ensure a smooth and effective recovery for patients

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
Valid state license
DMD or DDS degree
Periodontics Specialty Certificate
Ability to maintain state-required coverage
