Details:

Requirements:
* Current and valid Wisconsin (or compact state) LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required
* Minimum 2+ years of experience as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) within the last 2 years, no exceptions
* Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
