*Job Responsibilities*
* Conducting evaluations and assessments in the areas of applied behavioral therapy
* Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for each patient to ensure appropriate therapy to improve overall independence and participation in activities of daily living and play
* Completing documentation (e.g., initial reports, treatment notes, progress reports, etc.) in a timely manner using a designated electronic medical records system.
* Updating patients and their families on therapy progress and home programs
* Collaborating with other therapists and healthcare professionals when necessary.
* Provide direct support and supervision to our RBT team
* Provide a comprehensive parent training program
* Collaborate with other providers within RightStart to provide quality treatment & continuity of care
* Ensure program effectiveness

*Requirements/Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field
* BCBA is in good standing with the BACB
* New Grads welcome to apply
* License in the state of GA
* 1+ year(s) experience in schools or another pediatric setting (preferred)
* Ability to work in multiple settings
* Some travel expected; travel reimbursement provided

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
