LMHC or LCSW

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LCSW or LMHC to join our team. As a counselor, you will play a vital role in providing guidance, support, and assistance to individuals facing various challenges in their lives. Your expertise will contribute to helping clients improve their emotional well-being, personal growth, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to understand clients' needs, concerns, and goals.
* Provide individual or group counseling sessions to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
* Develop personalized treatment plans and interventions based on client needs.
* Offer emotional support, empathy, and a non-judgmental environment for clients to express themselves.
* Educate and guide clients on relevant topics such as mental health, relationships, career options, and personal development.
* Intervene and provide support during crisis situations, ensuring client safety and appropriate referrals when necessary.
* Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions, assessments, and progress notes.
* Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work.
* State licensure as a LMHC or LCSW
* Proven experience in providing counseling or therapeutic services (internship or practicum experience may be considered).
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
* Excellent communication and active listening skills.
* Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach.
* Knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and ethical guidelines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.

Pay: Up to $70.00 per hour
