Maxim Healthcare in Knoxville is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Case 1:

Location: Andersonville
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 7am-7pm
Acuity: Trach
Age: Pediatric
Positions available: 1-2

Case 2:

Location: Oak Ridge
Shift: 4/3 rotation 7a-7p OR 7am-11pm
Acuity: Trach
Age: Pediatric
Positions Available: 2-4 depending on shift times

Case 3:

Location: Oak Ridge
Shift: Monday-Wednesday 6am-2pm and Thursday 6am-12pm
Acuity: G-tube
Age: Adult
Positions Available: 1

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X
